5. Malfunctions and troubleshooting of lubrication system

The lubrication system of the punch press machine may experience various malfunctions during use, such as motor failure, oil bubbles or no oil discharge from the pump unit, low system working pressure or overload, etc. The following measures can be taken to eliminate these faults:
1. Motor not running: Check if the motor is burnt out or if the power supply is disconnected, and replace or repair it accordingly.
2. If there are bubbles or no oil in the oil discharged from the pump unit: Check whether there is air in the pump body or whether there is leakage at the connections of various pipelines, and carry out corresponding exhaust or fastening treatment.

4. System overload: Clean or replace high-pressure oil filters in pipelines blocked by foreign objects, replace flattened pipelines or clean lubrication point oil tanks, and disassemble progressive distributors for foreign object cleaning or maintenance.
